These are posted about 2 weeks before meetings and are at: https://www.toronto.ca/city-governm...tee-of-adjustment/toronto-east-york-schedule/ All City committee meetings, with links to agendas and all documents are on TMMIS: http://app.toronto.ca/tmmis/index.do Easiest to get to a particular meeting from the Schedule tab. Most City committees post agenda 7 days ahead

Thankfully application was approved during the hearing, does anyone know when to expect registration from now on? Do you guys think we might register this year?

I've taken literally hundreds of photos of this building throughout construction and this is the ONLY one I've taken that you can actually see the spandrel. Pretty
amazing!

FYI I've been searching for what feels like years to figure out where this spandrel comes from, thinking there's a magic solution. Turns out its a shadow box, and the reflective glass used was discontinued with no viable equivalent. The search continues.....
