There are no applications related to this property as they were processed years ago when Diam was the developer. A new developer doesn't have to reapply to complete a project that's already approved, they can just get on with the job of building it.

Speaking for myself - no. I hated that brand while the BIA came up with it and I was a local resident, and even though I moved since I still cringe when I see it.
