I believe the Danforth Planning Study calls for mid-rises around 8 storeys. I bet @Northern Light can confirm.

A new update was taken from the architectural plan via SPA. The height changed from 24.80m to 28m. 50 units changed to 34 units. The total bike parking changed from 16 bike parking to 39 bike parking.

Hmmmm.... "50 units changed to 34 units"...? Has the number of BEDROOMS changed...??
I think Woodgreen may be converting more of their planned operations of this Seniors Housing development from "Everyone in their own STUDIO unit" - into more "Seniors Co-Living Pods" with 3 or 4 bedrooms sharing a common living-room, etc.
