This project is certainly not complex in terms architecture and aesthetics in any measure
I find it strange that a bland Glass box with a tiny slanting make-up could end being one of Toronto's buildings that took longest times to build.

I don't think it's too bad. The cladding doesn't look at all bad in person, and even though the design is plain that's better than obnoxious.

At least it doesn't have waist high mullions!
True, that is a saving grace. With the window tint essentially just the shiny version of the frames' and mullions' dull tint, however, the building is just so washed out over all.
