It's nice to see characterful old buildings get preserved as facades - but why do the new buildings need to be completely devoid of any features altogether... couldn't the white cladding at least have had some visible relief pattern or something? These stations would make perfect billboards.... is that what's coming?

From a few hours ago. There were crews rebuilding part of the bike lane just east of Mount Pleasant (right by this entrance) yesterday.
