Toronto Core Condos | 84.12m | 24s | CentreCourt | P + S / IBI

Nice pictures! Which floor were they taken from?
Various floors, but mostly 24 (which is being marketed as the 28th floor)

Scaffolding is down on the bricked facade.

So will they put the previous buildings back in there? In the heritage part? I thought the whole point of slicing the brick off like a skin was that they were going to put it back. Isn't that the point of maintaining the historic value? This structure (yellow brick) looks brand new.

Is anyone on this board an actual investor? Will anyone be taking occupancy early?

WOW!! Thank you for posting this pic (or reposting) How easily you forget!

Is anyone on this board an actual investor of Core Condos?

Light-gauge steel going in on the roof of the heritage component.

Not sure what possessed them to do it, but the third-level space doesn't benefit from the roofline of the old townhomes, but rather is a flat concrete slab as in any other unit, with the roof framing just creating a dead space between the unit below and the roofing. Really disappointing as a nice sloped-roof space would be unique in the project.
