I haven't been ... but am planning to check it out this year~ :)

I've gone last year's and the year before that. A LOT of real estate agents have their own booths representing their firm and try and get you to sign up with them. Aside from that I found it to be worth while. The speaker series are usually packed and they also have designers representing their furniture stores (Roomy, etc.) where they'll give you a free consultation based on your floorplan. Oh, and I think the best part was the condo tour bus! It was fun visiting different model suites.

I attended about 2 years ago. It's like walking through a 3D Condo Guide magazine.

There also have a stage or two set up for mini-seminars (30-45 minutes) by real estate agents, mortgage specialists, interior designers, etc. There will also be booths for furniture, vacuums, modern fireplaces, magazine/newspaper subscriptions, basically any businesses that the Interior Design show would attract. The most interesting thing I remember was the faux model suite set up by Roomy Interiors to show off their furniture.

There's probably an hour's worth of stuff to peruse if you don't sit and stay for the seminars.

I went last year and the exhibitor booth area was not impressive at all. There were not enough condo booths (especially lacking in downtown developments). Lots of real estate agents, home improvement companies (tiles/kitchen cabinetry, etc.), mortgage info, etc. I missed out on the sessions though so probably would have gotten more out of the show if I attended those.
