Does anyone know what design is actually being built here? I have seen a variety of different renders, if anyone knows which are the correct version could they send them here?

We can really take KPF out of the thread title, can't we? @interchange42 / @Paclo
KPF has not come off the architectural plans that are submitted to the City, and @innsertnamehere insists that the exterior concept remains as designed by them. If at some point we are contacted by Concord or a—A and told that a—A have been elevated from AoR to Design Architect (or Co-Design Architect) or have replaced KPF entirely, then we'll amend the database file entry and the thread title.

Advertising themselves while pedestrians have to squeeze through the narrow sidewalk behind the bracing.
I was wondering if the old facades still support from the steel braces. Now that development has risen to the 10th floor at this point!

I kinda love this building. It’s growing on me more & more. But the urban realm, design & street aesthetics is just blah & pitiful there.
Not exaggerating. While the waterfront is getting prime attention, downtown/visitor areas are being ignored & neglected. That’s where Toronto city planners & their policies, role, responsibilities have failed in the past/present. Hopefully yongeTOmorrow w new chief planner can do its thing.
