Someone earlier was saying their anticipated move in date was Q3/Q4-2024. Assuming that's true, when do we figure street level eyesoar to be worked on or cleaned up?.

More specifically see the cement trucks, and staging areas removed and or some trees being planted? Imagine they wouldnt do that until theyve reached the absolute top.. so maybe end of summer 2023?

There are no colourful panels. Those renderings are ancient. The maple leaf motif is what was selected instead.

This building is monstrous. Concord should never be allowed to work in Toronto.

Nah, it's fine. I do wish Concord put as much effort into their Toronto work as they do their Lower Mainland stuff, but that's more to do with municipal permissions than anything else.
