From what I saw a few days ago, the top level will not be complete until 2017. They are installing metal framing alone the inside walls and you can see them at the south-west corner.

If I remember right, brick still has to go up on the outside walls and that will not happen until early 2017. If it's precast, can go up this year.

Still a fair amount work to be done at top level and this is a slow boat to China project.

I get that this Copeland Transformer Station is a complex project but it is mind blowing to watch this timelapse video while in the background watching other projects evolve. Look how RBC Waterpark Place, Ice, One York, Ten York grow in the background....

No kidding. This is brutal. I wonder what the hold up is at this point. Everyone knows the build was very technical at the beginning, but I take it much of that is completed now.

Jeez. At least the house is almost finished. That doesn't prevent them from cladding the other parts and landscaping the park. I had my hopes up for the park to open this Summer but at this pace, they won't get to it until next year.
