Ah to think what could've been with Maple Leaf Square had MLSE actually designed a space/building that actually complimented Scotiabank Arena...

Well at least CIBC Square turned out to be the best building in the adjacent area.

Did realize how visible this was going to be from that area. Love the fact you'll mostly see the office buildings instead mostly condos shown in this pic.
