They are adding a new bollard to protect their sign and flashing.
I always thought the concrete wall was installed during the CIBC project but it was installed during the 18 Yonge project. I can see why it wasn’t cut by prior to 2007 but maybe should have during the CIBC project.

Hopefully the City reinstalls the tunnel daylighting when they finish the final touch-ups under the bridge. Lights and mirror required to make it safer.
Maybe when the new south PATH bridge is installed they’ll rework the site lines.

Sept 2023 Google Maps.
Without the daylighting working this creates a little more dangerous entering and exiting the tunnel/bridge

The City are working with Metrolinx and Hydro to get the under bridge lighting fixed. It was supposed to be done about 2 years ago but then ML started to repair the bridge concrete so it was paused. As its an ML bridge THEY are responsible for paying for the lighting but, if I understand right, TH actually install and operate it and the City are responsible for road and sidewalk - so you can imagine the complexity. I was talking to Councillor Mallik's office about it a few weeks ago and they are trying to get the lighting done and the road below the bridge properly paved. Stay tuned!.

Nice pic but not sure why you are posting a photo from March in November.
As somebody who found this site very randomly it could have been that the picture was in his phone and he found the site I've noticed a lot of posts are older pictures which is nice actually because it gets to see where we were at that time appreciate that they are dated to know what stage we were at

There are many older photos on the site but in most cases for ongoing and current projects the photos are current or, if an older photo is posted, it is in conjunction with a current one taken from same vantage point so that one can see the progress.

I noticed that floor 13 is missing. Will this be a true 50 floors or a 49 floor cheater?

We never enter fake claims for the number of storeys into our database, so if we say 50 storeys, it means that the construction drawing have 50 levels of habitable space in the building, no matter what they numbers they give to the floors.
