Oooh that is a bit trippy, actually! I'd never noticed. Once the glass goes in I bet it will be even more apparent.

Just a detail that I am noticing. Nice entryway that will lead to a staircase in the courtyard. Also the streetscape of the new street to the south is emerging. Finally the cantilevers are appearing so a change in cladding to white is coming. Taken 11 February.

I like how this whole area is taking inspiration from the Distillery district character and creating its own identity and character that’s becoming more consistent.

What a difference red and earthy brick tones make. Even on a dreary, snowless, grey Toronto winter day, it's so much more inviting than most of our newer streetscapes.

great streetscape forming along Mill, unlike any other part of the city. Holding my opinion that this is becoming one of the most balanced urban scaled streets in the city. Can only imagine the activation that the future hotel/restaurant will bring at Mill and Trinity.
Only wish that distillery district retail threaded through the old tank house buildings. Would have been sweet
