Comparing the two buildings, you can really see the difference having the brick go all the way to the ground makes. While the metal panels aren't the worst, brick would have looked so much better.

TBH I’m not in love with the casting, I thought they would be using more of a brink texture that I thought would be a bit more RED. Maybe it will look better when it’s all installed though.

Not sure that's dyed though...rather the material they're using here gives off that hue?

Edit: The material schematic thingy that @DavidCapizzano posted several pages back suggests it's precast concrete...so I honestly don't know now.
