all in the name of profit..f-ing dvelopers are extremly wasteful, specifically here with showrooms..just tear it down and f the consequences of using all virigin materials..condos may bring more people to the city but they may also bring the end of the city as well.

I'm sure the demo contractor would save it if it was worth their while. Unfortunately, few companies aren't wasterful. I'm certain the bank I used to work for threw out more in a day than all the "f-ing developers" combined.

I think its more like they want to get the excavation/construction of this tower (thats been in the works for the last five years) started.
