Construction expected to start this Fall:

“We’re getting very good responses from the pre-marketing phase,” said Cooper. “In spite of what you may have been reading about the market slowing down, we’ve had very, very good response to the product.”

The site is zoned and approved and Cooper expects to start construction this fall. He anticipates Celeste will take 42 months to complete.
