Curious... The (former) Goodwill building was just scraped down and painted black a few days ago.
 
They closed on the property two months ago and don't even have a rezoning application in, never mind SPA or permits. Developers like to move quickly but that wouldn't make any sense.

Development Applications

Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendment application to facilitate the development of the site for a 39-storey mixed-use building that will incorporate the existing facade at 125 George St. The proposal will be comprised of approximately 7810.4 m² of non-residential uses and 31, 155.90 m² of residential uses. A total of 520 dwelling units are proposed, as well as 102 below grade parking spaces
