I seem to remember reading that Dream sees this space, which is a bit grand, as an upmarket restaurant.

Curious about the heritage renovation here... there are some areas where the "old" bricks are visible, instead of the shiny new paint. The colors of those original bricks match the colors of the new part of the building (to the left in the picture above) and would create a much more coherent appearance for the entire development. Any chance the paint is just some sort of temporary protective layer instead of the final product?

It's bright, but not THAT bright. I'd say Post #250 most accurately reflects the colour.
