It is heritage designated, and a large portion of it will be preserved. I stopped by and shot photos of the teardown yesterday. Expect a front page story shortly.

It shouldn't be modified at all. It's a beautiful old church that should be maintained and used for something, religious or otherwise. This is one of the few redevelopments that really bothers me.

I think it's a neat concept. The courtyard seems promising. I wish the tower was more elegant or special. Would have been nice if it had an elaborate crown.
