Toronto Bloor Street Neighbourhood Condos | ?m | 32s | Cresford | Northgrave

yes $200,000 is money Cresford needs to fork out, in addition to the extra Development Charges and Construction cost .... but Cresford is going to charge at least $300,000+ per unit ... you get the picture who's gonna have their pocket lined with $$

Well that's the whole idea behind constructing the building in the first place isn't it?

Nice! Casa is really going to have an impact..

A basic mock-up, looking into the future. (Scale should be about right).

The only thing that may interfere with your view in the future if you're facing southwest, is if they put the 44 storey building at St. Nick & St. Mary. That would go right in front of the white building in the middle of the picture. That building is about 22 storeys high. If you're facing east, cross your fingers they don't proceed with the building next door.

Definitely no setback for the tower portion on the west side.

Urban Dreamer - we saw that moon rise from the top of Vibe in Liberty Village last night. From our vantage point it popped up from Front St... hope to post some pics soon.
