I think they need to angle or offset the twin towers so that the units don't directly look across to other units in the adjoining tower.

Several things bug me more than two towers coming out of a giant podium. Keep that crap in the waterfront/Gardiner neighbourhoods please.

They have graced us by making that giant podium mid-block rather than on Bloor, which is what I call a victory in Toronto condo development.

I think the two podiums bookending the Kent School need to be pulled back, or angled a little bit to improve sightlines of the school and not make it feel so hemmed in.

I am a Midtowner. Whereas for downtowners, anything north of Bloor is wasteland, for me, anything south of Bloor is downtown.

I would definitely never consider dufferin downtown, but a deserving node for change/ density nonetheless.

They should setback any new buildings so that bicycle paths can be moved onto a raised boulevard, but leaving a wider separate sidewalk. Even just for a block or two.

The towers are much taller (and obviously the design will evolve), but this definitely has some Mirvish Village vibes.
