i remember visiting the sales Center before my wife was pregnant with my now 3 1/2 year old. We ended up buying from a different builder. Our house closed 2 years ago and this thing is STILL under construction? How sway?

I will say, it’s coming along nicely but a project of this size should never take this long to build.

Yeah, this project has definitely been a slow crawl. I remember walking by here for the first time on a snowy day in early 2020 and they started having some equipment gather on site. Guessing they might be able to finally finish this later this year in the late summer/autumn or sometime before end of year.

3 1/2 years from start to prospective finish.........for a 3-storey above ground, 1 storey below ground building.

Average it out at about 10.5 months per floor.

Not a Centrecourt project. LOL

That's BAD IMO. Glad we didn't buy here as we were interested at some point. We would have basically been closing in a recession after buying during a boom back in 2018. That is terrible for a 3 storey townhouse project.

How peculiar to leave this stuff sitting (or finishing at a snail's pace); deferring closing and the associated revenues does not seem like a winning strategy. Time is money.

This "groundbreaking" article was from 5 years ago.

Is it just one guy doing all the work? It's almost finished. Sad to see it stalled now. Anyone been by lately?

I haven't been by there since, but that day I visited when the most recent pics were taken, I literally saw only 2 or 3 workers milling around. I reckon this and the Clonmore Towns sites don't have regular substantial amounts of staff present.

Taking so long to build a few townhouses is ridiculous.
