This iteration is much better. I hope the brickwork and glazing turn out as good in life as shown in the renderings, the brickwork in particular since the glazing depicted here is pretty unrealistic.
Glad you like this version of the building. The first draft of the building was admittedly rushed last year when we submitted, but we knew we would have time to get things right during the zoning process. As for the glazing, our goal for the front three windows was to do a structural glass. This may not be possible because of the programming behind the northern most arch, but if it isn't possible, we will introduce a nicely detailed but more typical curtainwall so all three windows look the same. This will get resolved as we start working drawings.

I will echo others and suggest that the progression here architecturally is both attractive and improving though the newest iteration.

My only negative, and I'm not sure it's 'real' is that the newest renders give a bit of a 'cooler' as opposed to 'warmer' vibe. I'm referring specifically to the brick here., as I think the modern elements actually provide better contrast w/the darker tones.

Agreed re the brick. Would love to see a really nice saturated multi red brick used here vs the trendy endicott iron spot red that’s beginning to be overused.

My reco is endicott autumn or burgundy sands - has enough texture and saturation to jive well with the heritage next door without feeling too cold.

Any chance to add more retail units?

Yes, and that brick should definitely be carried up the whole building -- no one needs another IBI window wall exposition, least of all in this location.
