The park between 81 and 141 Bay is not going to be so large as to feel like it will approach Yonge Street, and in fact it will cross over the east end of the Bush Shed.

Yikes. Hopefully all of the neighbours had their windows closed and avoided smoke damage.
 
^That makes perfect sense. I believe fires often break out during industrial warehouse type construction also when they use a metal roof decking, then tar, then gravel.

Yeah, looks like it is pretty common since same thing happened today at a new warehouse there building across from my work. They attacked it quick so the fire wasn't huge and by time I took pic there was barely any black smoke left
