holy amazing views Razz!!! that first pic is next-level. from this particular vantage point, everything is perfectly spaced out, and the main towers aren't obstructing each other, (four seasons), manhattan rising!

oh man, Sick Kids woulda looked AMAZING had it been a bit taller

Not really ! First Chicago has wayyyy less condos of any height i.e. short, tall, medium.

But they have many more 200m/150m+ office buildings ! Which look quite different then that picture of Toronto.

the office building part is certainly clear cut but Chicago has tons of condo buildings! they just happen to be more seperate from the office buildings than they are here. Have you not strolled up N. Michigan Ave or the "Gold Coast" section of the city?

Steveve's pics are great but part of that is because he is doing something with the shadows and highlights to get nicely balanced exposures. Not sure if that is in camera or post processing but ya... very eye catching.
 
I was wondering why UrbanToronto is so dead tonight, then I checked the aura webcam

Just checked cp24 and apparently much of downtown is blacked out. Hope you all drink plenty of water
