I got a notification for delay of occpancy on the Retail unit last week. Date pushed back 4 months to June 2012, which I really don't mind since I want more of the tower finished before I take occupancy.

I wouldnt be surprised to see it pushed back atleast another 6 months after that...

If your occupancy has been pushed back, then, most likely, occupancy of residential units will also be pushed back.

I noticed framing going in for ground-level windows today. (Metal strips along the sidewalk edge with padding for where glass will eventually go). I kid you not
