So ridiculous, ~2000ft2, so 1/6th of a Shopper's Drug Mart for a park! You couldn't even have adult swings.....as there would excessive risk of going into an abutting wall!

I dare to say it looks a tad better than the Baka Nobu, as the bargain spandrel doesn't drown out the overall design of it as much here. Still have to resuscitate it when it gets to shore though...

It is "Colborne" (named for https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Colborne,_1st_Baron_Seaton ) but I actually think you photographed and meant Dalhousie St (named after another British colonial personage https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Ramsay,_9th_Earl_of_Dalhousie )
