The Allure Condos portion of the sales centre at 150 Eglinton E was remodelled for this project. I only noticed it was this oroject upon the wrappings coming in for the gold sign on top last week. I figure they'll be open by next month.

This one is the subject of a Member Motion at this week's Council meeting to advance demolition of the now vacant houses, prior to shoring permits etc being in place.
