Technically I believe Wright intended those to be Lilypads...even referring to the top of the column connecting to the 'lily pad' as the calyx.

That's a good point, especially since the Aga Khan Museum is not even going to be on the former Bata site.

4th High Profile Ismaili Centre Opens

As some will know, the Toronto Ismaili Centre will likely be the 6th high profile Ismaili Centre to be opened world wide. The others already opened to day are London, England, Burnaby, British Columbia and Lisbon Portugal. The fourth was just opened in Dubai, UAE a few days ago, and I thought pictures of that facility might be of interest:
