I bet those units would be a lot more attractive if they added street parking instead of the grass.

Those patches of grass along the road make it look and feel so suburban. It should have been one big sidewalk with planters and lush landscaping. It would have looked a lot better.

Took a quick snap on my way home. Not sure if those are signs going up at the base of the podium, but they have been busy working on those units. I noticed some wall framing being installed the other week.

...and "lush" landscaping would make it look like a jungle. Landscaping has tended to go overboard in recent years.

The signs are a bit of an eyesore but hopefully they'll have some good tenants lined up. A Starbucks or Second Cup would've been nice to have there for me.

That sidewalk is actually quite wide and I don't mind the planter/benches. I think they've actually done a decent job in terms of landscaping within the complex. The green roofs above the townhomes are well maintained. There's another green roof between 50 and 60 Absolute but it's hard to see from my unit. However, it would have been nice to see a grand fountain or some sort of scupture in the centre of the roundabout instead of the random "half-moon" shaped concrete planters.
