This project is giving me a "suburban office in a research park from the 80's" vibe. Belongs in Markham

Not a fan of this one at all. Looks like the crappy Scientology building on Yonge. Boring rectangle. The only redeeming quality is the nice glass.

I really like it. It’s a functional office building at a great scale which is desperately needed in this area. I’d rather have a simple and well executed building than some botched high design concept that gets bungled during construction. More of these all over the city!

This is not well executed. 10 to 1 spandrel glass will be the solution for hiding the buildings cores. It's the highly visible rear end of the tower. The front has some symmetry issues. This does look like a late modernist medical tower on Lawrence.
