Pictured on the skyline this appears like a hodgepodge of contemporary Toronto looks. I think the light coloured window treatments running part ways up the east and south elevations suggest the presence of truncated, shorter buildings in the vicinity which creates a downtown texture. At least it does for me, in a passing glance.
