88 Scott is turning out awesome in my opinion. I love the multi material facade with the upper portion glass and the bottom with that different application. Looks very mature and striking in the skyline, something you'd expect to see in NYC.

The grey spandrel was a mistake--black would have really looked better. That being said, this has turned out really well. It marks the skyline nicely.

Update:

As cladding continues to climb Concert's 58-storey 88 Scott Street Condos, the exterior aesthetic of the Page + Steele / IBI Group-designed tower is taking shape.
