88 Scott Street has reached the half-way point of its ascent. They were pouring the 29th floor yesterday.

This is looking fantastic. The windows are great. I'd say this is comparable to whatchamacallit on the n/e corner of Charles and whatchamacallit, just west of Bay. That went up in the early 00s.

Let me try this again without getting anyone riled up and getting banned. I LIKE the way this building is coming together. This isn't a slight to any local architcture firm out there.

I think one of the best features of this building is Berczy Park. I know it's a public park, but the rebuild in parallel really improves the block.

There is also a financial connection. Part of the Section 37 $$ this building is paying are going towards the Berczy make-over.

Yeah, I was going to say after seeing those last pics that this is looking vaguely Robert A. M. Stern-esque (they designed 1 St. Thomas and a chunk of similarly-clad ritzy buildings in NYC). Early days still, but judging by quality of finish alone, this one is looking better than the renderings, for me.

Agreed. I think this is one of the reasons I'm more looking forward to this, than the One.
