It would be hard to find a corner that is changing as much as this one in recent years - 1 St Thomas, 77 Charles, The St Thomas (Minto), 1 Sultan. These are all within feet of each other.

True... except that area has been a wasteland for the longest time. Over here, there were actual structures... all of which have been demolished to a blank slate, and now new structures are rising / have risen.

I'd add Queen and Ossington to the list. Compared to just a few years ago, that intersection is unrecognizable. I passed through on the streetcar a few weeks ago and upon looking up from what I'd been reading, just for a moment, I had no idea where I was.
