That second level is 20 floors, so it appears they are finishing up floor 30, so around 4 more floors.

Cool. Didn't turn out quite as tall as I thought it would for some reason, from this perspective at least. I thought it would rival the Landmark Place. I guess that is still the "landmark" for us.
