Called in for a bit earlier - didn't stay for the presentation.
Not a lot of details on heights/storeys. The podium materiality hasn't been picked either. More heritage facade could be retained than is shown. Was mainly there to show massing.
Office space would be replaced in the base heritage building.

Looks like a silly tacked on facade. I hope they change their minds on how much of the office block they keep.

Aren't they required to keep or replace this office space since it's less than 500m from mass transit?

They're going to have to keep the north and south facades of the Traders Building as well in order to make this scheme remotely approvable.

They are - all the space is the heritage portion of the new tower is replacement office space.
Unfortunately - I won't be around for this.
