I’m happy brick is being used here (even though the panel seams will forever drive @NorthernLight crazy) but I can’t help but feel that both brick selections are really drab and ugly - especially those butter yellow bricks. I think this would have been fine using one brick colour. Red would have been ideal, but even a nice multi toned grey or something.

Anyways - this looks like it’s approaching its final height - praying the aluminum panels for the upper floors don’t look super wonky with the oil canning issues seen on other BDPQ projects.

BDP Q specs thicker aluminum panels when developers are willing to pay for them.

Though I agree w/you in supporting the use of brick vs alternatives; I would simply like to see it done in a more refined way.
 
Does anyone know the estimated completion date for this build? Looks like it won't be 2023 based on the current progress?
