Nice fabric building. Not sure I love the two brick selections, but you can't really go wrong with a simple grid expression. Glazing looks good too.
You're right those types of section where the bricks don't match they should cap it with a seal etc for cosmetic reasons lol!You are being very forgiving......

The way in which they've fit together the pre-cast brick panels looks absolutely atrocious to my eye. Even the smaller gaps aren't good and I can see unevenness with the naked eye.........but the large gaps on the left...........oh.... wow....ugh.
You can make precast brick look good. Shim Sutcliffe showed one way on the hotel project; but there are others such as you using overlaid detail pieces/trim to cover the gaps.
What you see above will not be fixed with a bit of mortar or grout. At least not in a way that would satisfy me.
This pic is a perfect illustration of the difference between real, clay brick and concrete "brick panel," with the former being far, far superior.
