don't hold your breath and don't cancel your lease yet; occupancy of the building will start in March 2010 with the 3rd floor. After that every week or week and a half another floor will be occupied. So, if someone bought on the 27th floor, occupancy will most likely not happen before September 2010 (24-28 weeks after March 1).
 
That makes sense Klaus. My agreement says March 15th 2010 (16th floor) but we speculated it will be about July - Aug will be our turn. We put in buffer for just in case they can't start moving pple in March for whatever reason.
 
Yeah....I figured...I am definetly not holding by breathe...but that is to be expected with new construction.

I am happy to announce that the windows are ALMOST all done & they are starting to install "railings" on the balconies! I was super excited to see the workers in action.

So here are the pictures taken at about noon.

It's been 2 weeks since I posted any pictures. Went around today to get some shots but unfortunately the sun was hiding most of the time. Hoping for nicer weather later in the week for better pictures. Nevertheless, here are some pictures I took earlier today.

There's nothing wrong with your updates shelfun, well done. Is it possible to post your photos a bit larger or as expandable images so that details can be seen better? You've got a great eye and post terrific shots but they're just a little too small to fully appreciate. Only a friendly suggestion :)

I was trying to do the expandable image thing but I don't know what "format" I should use. I can tell you what I do to upload & maybe you can give me some tips... After I take the pictures, I'll upload them to my facebook direct from the SD card. I'll then insert the image from Facebook.

I use to do it as attachments & it appears on the post as thumbnail. When I click to expand the pictures, it doesn't go any bigger than what I'm posting now.
 
That loft building is truly beautiful. This condo will surprise many once its done. Interior finishes are quite nice.

Hey folks, the sun was shining & we went around taking some snap shots again. Quite a bit of progress with the loft & also the balconies. Cladding were done on the sides of the balconies with pre-cast & also the balconies on the East side. Enjoy...
