If this hasn't been proof of the ridiculous speed of Centrecourt Developments, I don't know what is. I'm sure they are cutting every corner possible to do it, but the speed is something to be commended. They were down and up to grade again in 6 months.

This one was only two storeys down though. So a month per floor to dig down, then a month per floor to come back up, plus some wiggle room at the beginning for shoring and site prep. They're not that much slower or faster than most projects
