Not one vax protester. It’s a miracle shot.
I passed them on the 403 west of Hurontario so perhaps they had already clocked out for the day ;)

How are they going to drop a 71 storey building on such a small lot? Especially with 8 levels underground ... that's going to be a very deep pit! There is not much room for trucks and equipment to haul away and deliver ... this is going to be a nightmare intersection for a few years! Maybe the anti-vaxxers can promote their incessant rants from inside the pit for a while and give the folks living around this clown-show a break.

It’s a pretty decent sized site and I see no issue with it accommodating a tall building. The setbacks on Burnhamthorpe and Hurontario are wide enough that there should be enough space for staging and construction without impacting any lanes.

Regardless, the plans aren’t real.

I can’t see that they don’t intend to build sooner than later. But if they thought they weren’t going to start relatively soon why wouldn’t they keep the gas cash cow running. Rather it makes sense that they’re getting their ducks in a row so when the market is hot again they’re ready to go asap.

As for the 70s number. Sure the current plan might not be real but with 70 being the new standard and this being a major corner it will surely hit at least 70.
