Real marble doesn’t wear well. It’s porous and will stain and chip over time.In looking at the rendering, I wonder if they're planning on using real marble on the facade. If so, what's the plan for preventing it from ending up like the marble on First Canadian Place before the reclad?

They should use quartz instead; it is much more durable. They can select something with a marble-like veining.
