This is pretty run-of-the-mill widow wall for a purportedly upscale area. Disappointing.

In looking at the rendering, I wonder if they're planning on using real marble on the facade. If so, what's the plan for preventing it from ending up like the marble on First Canadian Place before the reclad?

Real marble doesn’t wear well. It’s porous and will stain and chip over time.

They should use quartz instead; it is much more durable. They can select something with a marble-like veining.

Granite would also work better and would help achieve the upscale character they're going for.

Granite is typically darker and busier. It looks like they want to go with a light, clean pattern.
