GO can't do anything about upgrading the station until a development get built. This also includes putting in elevators to the south platform since this is the only platform with enough room to put one in.
Too bad it wasn't move to Park Lawn as place since it would get a truck full of walking traffic from all those condos going up or plan for the area.
Metrolinx is trying to incorporate more dense, urban developments next to gta GO stations. Same kinda proposals are popping up at the oakville GO station, although the designs aren't as good
Port Credit as well, one across the street and one proposed for one of the parking lots. They won't be as conspicuous thanks to the cluster of high-rises nearby.
