^I recommend consecutive lifetime bans for all Marlin Spring developments in Toronto. With no chance of parole for all of humanity's existence.

The Applicant here appealed the ZBA last November, and the OPA in February.
This one goes to the next meeting of EYCC as an Appeals Report, seeking authority to send staff to oppose this at OLT.
From the above:
- Staff do not like the setback from the park, the separation distance from the north property line; insufficient distance from adjacent self-storage facility also cited. Floor plate size (both at/over 800m2), wind conditions and shadowing also noted.
