I took these within the last few hours, except for the first image, captured in the morning. I used some camera setting on my phone to try and capture something decent of the site as it is now. The last building on site is on its final legs.

Not sure what the smaller drilling equipment (second photo- north part of site) is doing, although the site had at least three of them at one time, so maybe that is almost complete. The first photo shows a large shoring equipment (south part of site), which I first saw about a week ago and now some excavation has started (large mound of earth can be seen) so looks like this project has started in earnest, unless Northern Light tells us the shoring permit has not been issued?

The smaller drill rigs are drilling a geothermal borefield, the building’s heating and cooling systems will be connected to the geothermal borefield beneath the building

I was wondering about this. Either way, it's a muddy, messy site as can be expected with this time of year. It's really quite massive too, so I'm curious how different this area will feel in 5 years when this, and the Capital Theatre redevelopment are complete.
