Today just after work...I can see the construction site from my workplace, it's very closeby.
Excavation seems to be just starting to the south, with remaining utilities and interior demo actively going on.

They do not have either shoring or foundation permits issued as yet. They don't have have the drain/site-service permit yet.

And this doesn't look any of these to me.

It looks like clean up (removing old foundations that might be in the way of future work, and then backfilling to set up for shoring.)
