What does everyone think the chances are that the design of this building fundamentally changed in any way now that it's a rental building.

They're currently taking a jackhammer to the pavement, so construction seems to be in full swing.

I really can't see them changing things like number of floors, layouts or overall look and feel of the building at this point considering they've broken ground. This would require a full round of reviews and approvals, and consultation, no? There's no way they'd have a re-approved design before starting to pour concrete.

Thoughts?

First off, the design is a bland safe reference to the 80s [yay 80s , its huge , 40 years later], bay windows really? , considering graywood built the ritz Carlton and the wonder bread condos down on eastern ave , im still hoping they do an all black finish , why not just copy the TD centre , it will highly contrast against the social condos immediately across the street. As for the rental comment in earlier post , does anyone know this is a sure thing ? I live south on Dalhousie and have awaited this ''somewhat last'' parcel of land and am glad it wasn't cancelled , this immediate area needs all the ''gentrification , it can get.
