Tory is on stage now. He handed the flag over to the mayor of Lima, who will host it in 2019. Just imagine if Rob or Doug were in that position with their total lack of support.

He totally failed at waving the flag! Got it all tangled and then laughed at himself for screwing it up.
 
The dome had a big issue during Kanye's part... it seemed someone hit the kill switch and only bare minimal lighting remained. Even the air got turned off. Come the second song - we got lights, but no air which made the situation much worse. And eventually the mic died. Wasn't his fault, and I don't blame him for throwing the mic up in the air.

The post mortem for that one would be interesting. Heads should of course roll accordingly.

Don't really care for Kanye, but everything cutting out at the Dome? That's a fatal error for a live show - and one that should never, ever had happened. The operators got some explaining to do.

Actually,

The lights were on for half of his set, and he performed directly at the athletes near the stage. During his final song, his mic seemed to cut out and he threw it in the air before skipping off stage. Organizers said this was all planned, just part of the Kanye flair.
