Is he going rental here? You generally can't tear down residential until you have BP for shoring on the replacement structure (which, if condo, requires sales).

You will be interested to know...........he has all his demo permits issued.

There isn't even an application in for the build permits.

@Paclo new Docs in the SPA file at the end of July - C of A granted additional height here - height shows as 25s.

While the status is NOAC issued, this is at the previous height. Revised NOAC is pending.

All I saw posted today were demolition/tree removal permits along Broadway and Bayview. Mind, I didn't look long or hard

There wouldn't be any permits on the hoarding when they haven't been applied for, I hope! LOL

Yes, they have the demo permits; the discussion above is that they do not have the 'building' permits (for the new structure) and that its unusual for the City to allow demolition w/o those being in process.
